Abstract

Technical decisions on creation and application of land-space information networks for increase of structural stability of information-operating complexes of space systems are offered. The substantiation of directions and possibility of cardinal changes of structure of information-operating complexes with an estimation of a realizability of their characteristics in new quality and an expected positive effect is resulted.
